Press 'reload' in browser twice crashes game #574

Version: 2.0.5.8s (standalone)
User: PartyFlava

Issue:
If 'reload' is pressed in browser, then it is pressed a second time immediately 
afterwards while the browser is still connecting to the server, the game 
freezes and crashes. I can reproduce this consistently.

Recreate:
1. Open a page in the browser
2. What for page load to complete, press 'reload'.
3. Press 'reload' again while it is still connecting from the previous reload.

Expected: Either nothing happens or load attempt is canceled and restarted.

Actual: Game crashes.
