File Copy fails if browser is closed

What is the Version you're running?
Version: v2.0 b13

(1) In Game User Name:

(2) What is your issue?
 File Copy fails if the Browser window is closed
(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a) Begin File Copy
b) Close Browser but do not disconnect (active trace remains active)
c) When File Copy 'completes', it throws an error stating that the file is 
already on the hard disk. It is not.

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Granted, this may be intended, but I consider it a bug for the following reason:

The active trace remains active even after closing the browser. Thus we can 
conclude that there is still an open connection, in which case the file 
transfer should remain open as well

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
 Steal Private Information on monsainto.gov
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
 Yes. Reproduced it multiple time on other servers
