(1) In Game User Name:Baby4SP1RE

(2) What is your issue?
    The first file becomes UN-deletable, Filekill and Batch Compiler are unable to read or target the file, since its index is 0.

(3) What steps will reproduce the problem?
a)Delete all files @ local
b)Run Notepad - Add File

(4) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the first file's index or fileid becomes 0

(5)Please provide additional information below.
a) what where you doing when you discovered the problem?
b) are you able to retrace your steps in order to reproduce the problem?
