do I need to create html file only with css code in it and it should be in example directory, as I don't want to generate conflicts to stop mergeing from hacktoberfest and please add under hacktoberfest

Hi @abhijain2003 ,

Please create the HTML file with internal CSS (with <style> Tag), add the screenshot image, and modify the Readme accordingly. I will take care of conflicts while merging.
