did you tried null instead of clone? I.e. for hibernate/spring you might do
something like:
cloner.nullInsteadOfClone(SessionImplementor.class, JDBCTransaction.class,
SessionImpl.class);
also you might want to
cloner.setDumpClonedClasses(true);
this will print all cloned classes and then you can nullInsteadOfClone those
that you don't want to be cloned. Or you can registerImmutable() those.

cloner.nullInsteadOfClone(org.eclipse.persistence.internal.helper.DatabaseTable.
class);
but doesnt work because it can regognize the DatabaseTable class. all lib
are on the persistence layer and I am working on application layer.
What I have to do in this stade ?

hi, what do you mean "but doesnt work because it can regognize the
DatabaseTable class"? Do you get a compilation error?
Regarding the persistence layer classes and cloner dump of those, see them as a
tree of classes. Only a couple of them are on top of the tree and should be
cloner.nullInsteadOfClone. If those are blocked then cloner won't visit the
rest of the tree. I.e. I know for sure that for hibernate it is just a handful
of classes that hibernate uses and it adds them to the proxies it returns.
An example: say your classes are C1 and C2. Now EclipseLink probably returns a
C1Proxy class that contain a couple of fields:
C1Proxy.eclipseLinkField1
C1Proxy.eclipseLinkField2
.... and so on
If you debug your code, you will see those.
If you register their classes with cloner, then cloner can skip cloning them
and will only clone your C1 and C2 entities.
