add you work in awesome face operations folder by creating your implementation folder inside it

I have created a Real-Time Background Replacement using OpenCV and CVzone. Please assign this to me. I will give a PR for a review. @akshitagupta15june. Working on this for hacktoberfest and SLoP 2.0

I would like to take a spin at this one, I will be Image segmentation and OpenCV to implement the said features, I can also further quantize the Image Segmentation Model to ensure better performance on low power devices!

Hi, I would like to solve this issue, using OpenCv and segmentation. I can create an optimized model to ensure high frame rates on lower end devices
