Proposed Changes

-Any dataset can be used just by adding it to the file and running it to create new structures. -Works faster compared to Traditional models because of Generative Adversarial Network.

-I checked the Contributors doc..should I include my name there or will it be updated later on?

@akshitagupta15june I am sorry the repo was having issues so it wasn't allowing me to open it on my local machine neither was it updating in the fork , so I had to open a new PR with a new fork.. But all the work is done , I have added things into folder and added READme.

Please provide me with GSSOC Level 2 labels , just like it was in the previous PR,as it would be easier to keep a count later.

@akshitagupta15june just wondering if the labels r correct? should it be GSSOC and level 2?

@akshitagupta15june can you please change my labels to GSSOC and LEVEL 2? it is not being counted in the leaderboard
