[FEATURE] : Face Emotions Detection using ML #1834

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes it is , it will enhance facial recognition system.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Train the Machine: Feed the system a massive dataset of labeled faces with emotions (happy, sad, angry etc.).
  2. Spot the Face: Use algorithms to find and isolate faces in real-time video or images.
  3. Analyze Features: Extract key details from the face like eyebrow position, lip curvature, and eye openness.
  4. Predict the Emotion: The trained model analyzes the features and predicts the most likely emotion the person is feeling. @akshitagupta15june Please can you assign me this issue under gssoc with appropriate labels. Expected label : 3
