Api template for Faces #543

I am thinking of making an API template for All with the help of which one person can create an API of his/her Algorithm with just few changes

example use case :

  1. lets say you have you are a beginner in Computer vision and you have created an Algo or Facial detection
  2. know you want to make a API of the same to lets say deploy on any server or any other use case
  3. with the help of this template you jus thave to make a small change and "Eureka " you are done API of the same will be created.

I think @AdityaNikhil and you can discuss this because he is already working on this. You can both work on it.

Hey @shantamsultania, I have already made an API that is not yet officially deployed to PyPi. But you can anyway check the project here(Do check out the readme to get started). And if you'd like to discuss anything more regarding the API or how you want to develop it, feel free to do it here or I suggest let's discuss it here.
