[BUG] Broken link in footer and footer content alignment in AR Meditate page

This is a broken link in the footer of this page and presents the user with a 404 page.

Expected behavior: The correct link is https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/Moksh/index.html

Actual behavior: Currently it is linked to https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/Moksh/AR_Meditate/index.html

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/Moksh/AR_Meditate/meditation.html
2. Click on 'Home' link in the footer
3. You will be redirected to a github 404 page.

Expected result: When clicking the "Home" link in the footer, the user should be redirected to the appropriate home page i.e. https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/Moksh/index.html

Actual result: When clicking the "Home" link, the user is redirected to 404 page.

Additional context:

I would like to work on this issue and there is also another issue in the footer which i have given below. I would like to fix that too. Also, the footer in this page has different alignments than that of other pages

Let's decide on which footer to use on the overall website and fix this. The footer is different on other pages as well. Also, there is a typo in the footer.
