[BUG] Duplicate head tag in Depression Blog #1389

Description

There seems to be a duplicated <head> tag in the HTML of Depression Blogs (Blogs/depression.html). This is causing unexpected behaviour and inconsistency on the webpage.

Expected behavior: There should only be one <head> tag in the HTML document to ensure consistent application of CSS styles and scripts. You can notice some unwanted text on the webpage that appears due to the bug.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the HTML file "depression.html."
  2. Scroll down to the section.
  3. Notice the duplicated tag.
