[BUG] Incorrect Time Display in motivation.html

Issue Description:

The motivation.html page currently exhibits a discrepancy between the displayed time and the actual IST (Indian Standard Time). This misalignment is causing confusion and requires rectification.

Bug Details:

• Bug Description: The displayed time on the motivation.html page does not correspond to the current IST.
• Expected Behavior: The displayed time should accurately reflect the current IST.
• Actual Behavior: The displayed time and IST do not match.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Navigate to motivation.html.
2. Compare the displayed time with the current IST.

Expected Result:

The displayed time aligns perfectly with the current IST.

Actual Result:

There is a noticeable difference between the displayed time and the current IST.

Proposed Solution:

Make the necessary adjustments in the code to ensure that the displayed time on motivation.html is synchronized with the current IST.
