[STYLE CHANGE] Home page header #1422

Description:

On the home page, the header color is fine but as soon as we move down the dark green color of the header creates disturbance and is not attractive as the color of the website changes to a color that does not match the header when we scroll down.

Proposed Styling:

We make sure that the color of the whole website is either matching or in contrast to the background color.
