[STYLE CHANGE] navbar enhancement on home page

the navbar text is merging with content of page

add a different colour to the navbar so it can be differentiated from the content of the page

I will change the following according to issue. 1.Navbar is not eyecatching .I will change its linear gradient. 2.Navbar has too many width i will set its width.

the navbar is now fixed at the top of the page and is not conflicting or merging with the main content of the page. i have also changed the colour of the text on navbar from white to blue to fit into the website and be like the other pages. should i commit?
