[TRANSITION OF PAGE ON CLICKING ON THE "MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS IN NAVBAR"] #1580

When you click on the "MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS" button on the navbar, it will transition directly to the section on the home page with a sudden jerk. Furthermore, It land on that section such that the heading is not visible.

I want to make the transition like scrolling and make it land such that the heading is visible.

This will improve the user interface.
