[STYLE CHANGE] : Adding Card Hover effect in Features section to make it more attractive.

Description:

I want to add card hover effect for features section under css code of the project.

Reason for Change:

It will look for more attractive with this effect and will attract user to read.

Current Styling:

now simply the text is written below the image so its boring for user to read ,adding card hover effect will make animations which obviously will catch attention.

Proposed Styling:

I will summarise the content and that will only be visible once you hover through the particular feature image.

Possible Implementation Approach (optional): I will use hover property in css code of this project and try to make as good as I can . please assign me this task @akshitagupta15june
