I want to work on making the website in dark mode so that users can toggle between the mode of their choice. @akshitagupta15june can you please assign this?

is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. currently toggle button of dark mode and light mode are not there .

Describe the solution you'd like making a button for dark mode and light mode in Navbar after that i add functionality of dark mode and light mode
