[STYLE CHANGE] Changing background color of social media icons in Footer

Description:

Changing the background color of the social media icons (while hovering on them) in Footer section.

Reason for Change:

Since, the footer's background color is dark, the social media icons are nearly invisible while hovering on them. Changing the background color might enhance the UX and make the social media accounts more easily accessible.

Current Styling:

The current style of the social media icons, such as GitHub and X are having the background color of black while hovering on them.

Proposed Styling:

Changing the color of social media icons to a shade darker while hovering could be done. Otherwise, a 'hvr-grow' style could be applied and keeping the background color white only during hovering.
