Update upcoming events search bar

Description

I am a SSOC'24 contributor. There was an issue regarding the search bar of upcoming iskcon events page. The search menu was overlapping with navbar. This issue has been fixed.

Also a hover effect is added to the search menu. A click event listener is also added to fill the input field with the desired search option.
