[BUG] Change the Upcoming event section style #1685

Description

Describe the bug: When I was scrolling through your ISKON events page I saw this.

Expected behavior: Then Image was overlapping with footer the image or card should not overlap with the footer

Actual behavior: The upcoming event section and footer section must be separated by some margins.

In my opinion you can add a slider of cards to view the events.

Can you assign this task to me under GSSOC'24
