Describe the bug: Subscribe to newsletter section in home page is different from the rest of the pages.

Expected behavior: To maintain ui consistency the subscribe to newsletter section should be same across all pages.

Actual behavior: Subscribe to newsletter section in home page is different from the rest of the pages.

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'index.html'
2. Scroll down to 'Footer'
3. See ui inconsistency
