[STYLE CHANGE] #642

Description:

I want to change the style of the Events section on the ISKCON Events page to make it look more good and tempting.

Reason for Change:

I want to change the Events section part in order to enhance the user experience and also to add some functionality to the website with the help of simple animations.

Current Styling:

Currently the Event section is simple and the images have a simple animation and the buttons are simple.

Proposed Styling:

I want to add the hover effect on the images and also want to change the styling of the button in order to make it look more appealing
