Create a Pets Gallery page where users can browse through available pets for adoption.
The gallery should display images of each pet along with their name, species, age, and brief description.

[ ] Retrieve pet data from the database and display it dynamically on the page.
[ ] Implement pagination or infinite scroll functionality to handle a large number of pets.
