Currently, when users navigate to a non-existent page on our pet adoption web app, they are met with a generic browser error page.

Create a custom 404 error page that is visually appealing and user-friendly.

Oh no problem , just tell me one thing , I have already have a clone of this repository and worked on a news section backend which is not ready to be push without testing the endpoints,, so will i be able to make a commit about this changes in frontend without making the commits of backend @Piyush-linux

Git commit your changes in that branch
Switch branch to main
Pull the changes that have happen in main
Create new branch from latest main
Start working on that issue then commit and push the feat/404-UI branch as PR
