[x] Basic systemd service for vaulty_server

[x] Use MessagePack for attachments (more efficient, binary format)
[x] Implement full attachment -> Dropbox sequence (async)
[x] TLS for server and Postfix (certbot via Ansible)
[x] Migrate maps to PGSQL
[x] Get postmaster mail forwarding to Gmail (currently bounces)

Notes

To test mail delivery, use sendmail -bv -f [sender] [recipient]
Need to set max mail size
Use export_environment to pass in any configs to filter: http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#export_environment
Use domain name to connect to DB
For testing, we can have Ansible rewrite domain names in hosts file to point to localhost
