Rotate prototyping output of B.Cu by 180 degree #33

...in order to let paper outputs to be completely mirror of each other when they are equally sliced.

Output rotation is currently correct:

However, as one side is flipped onto the other one, the circuit has to be only aligned to the right most side according to the output size (such as A4), which is the duty of reducing step (currently handled by Inkscape), thus the issue is invalid.
