Like jsketcher-2D, we need a 2D sketcher that will:

[ ] Be parametric
- [ ] Parametric dimensions (see https://stackoverflow.com/a/27833619/1952991)
- [ ] External geometry constraints (an external file needed?)
[x] Import/export SVG
[x] Import/export DXF (with optional constraints definition file)
[x] Support multi layer
[x] Support scripting
