refactor(projects): remove merged sub-projects #56

The notifications and ApplicationSet projects have been merged into the main Argo CD project. This removes the links to the deprecated project repos.

These should be linked in ArgoCD website as part of its functionalities. Removing them is fine. I intentionally kept the links here to show Argo's big ecosystem.
