Re-do board layout to fit within the Raspberry Pi footprint #12

Right now, the super caps extend beyond the footprint of the raspberry pi. Ideally, they should be within that footprint.

Some space saving ideas:

Several of the headers can be removed, as they were only for debugging
The reset switch could be moved to the bottom and depopulated for most board. This is only used for firmware development (if even then)
The voltage sensing resistors could be dropped down to 0402, since they have almost no current flowing through them.
