Amazon video error for TV show 24 season 1 episode 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to play this episode and get error to check log?
I have tested other movies and they do work so settings are correct on apple TV 
also tried my friends and he got the same error (I havent tried more episiodes 
of 24 yet).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting video to play however get a error to check log. I dont know where to 
get the log from but if you give me the path I can upload it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am running on Apple TV 2

Please provide any additional information below.
