Amazon pPlugin Not Listing All Ttles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Amazon->Movies->All Movies

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not seeing all movies listed, some are missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bluecop 0.4.4, appletv 4.4, xbmc eden pre2

Please provide any additional information below.
Looking at amazon's site, I see that the film "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo: 
Extended Edition" is available for free to prime members. In the plugin, I see 
only "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (English dubbed)" and "The Girl With the 
Dragon Tattoo (English subtitled)"

I noticed seasons 3 and 4 of Dr. Who are missing too.. they were there last 
month.
