NBA Int. League Pass error 'not met'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install the repo
2.Select NBA plugin 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error message 'Dependencies not met'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.0.4 on OpenELEC 1.9.5 32bit on an Acer Revo 3700 with 2GB ram.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'd really like to know if anybody has this working. I have been waiting for 
something like this for so long.

The plugin needs httplib2.
If you have no repository installed that provides this package, the error 
message as reported is correctly displayed.

you can download httplib2 at
http://www.2shared.com/file/-d9Nvecf/scriptmodulehttplib2.html

and manually install it
