What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to video plugins
2.try to launch amazon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should run the amazon plugin. I see error script failed!:plugin.video.amazon

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
In attached file.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have put my amazon prime email and password in the configuration.
