Change to play function to handle redirect URLs, ad filter added to exclude

I'm new to XBMC and have a basic question - How do I apply this patch? Once I 
download the pbs.py.patch, do I put it somewhere on my XBMC install, or is this 
not something that a regular dude like myself can do? Is there compiling and 
stuff involved?

You can install this yourself. The patch file isn't well suited to it though.  
The complete file is here http://pastebin.com/mB33CT3g 
Find pbs.py on your system (addons/plugin.video.free.cable/resources/lib) open 
the file in notepad and paste the fix.

The patchs are posted here, so that bluecop will hopefully  integrate them into 
a release.
