show missing #243

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open hulu plugin
2.find show
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
episodes are missing that are on the hulu web and in my queue.  2 episodes of 
covert affairs are in my queue on the website but not in the plugin. Other 
shows are in my queue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have tried it on windows 7, ios6, and android. Hulu version 3.4.5 on all and 
xbmc version 12.2

Please provide any additional information below.
If I search for the show those episodes don't see, to show up at all. I think 
they are just missing.
