captions not working #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. captions not working even though enabled in the settings menu, was working 
prior to 3.0.1 update

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no subtitles/captions for hulu videos

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am only on my second video for Anime but noticed that One Piece showed subs 
(probably hardcoded) and bleach didnt show any sub at all. I checked on the 
hulu website and the subs for that video works on the site. I am using the 
latest nightly for xbmc and the latest update for bluecop. Sorry for the typos 
Mac Mini on tv and Im far across the room LMAO

you have to disable pre-roll ads and commercial breaks for subtitles it will 
work correctly. I am working on a way to fix this.
