User Story As a system, I want to indicate that results are for research purposes so that they may not be used for clinical uses.

Acceptance Criteria

System displays warning label at top of search page
- "Warning message: This is a prototype using openFDA which is a beta research project and not for clinical use. While we make every effort to ensure that data is accurate, you should assume all results are unvalidated."
