Bug? Strategy panel closes after Optimizer pulls values from input #162

Starting Today, dec 3rd, the strategy panel closes after starting optimizer, and it has pulled input values. I suspect it is like this https://groups.google.com/g/dat-chrome-ext/c/ksVSzzlknXw I would guess TV has changed something? Notice panel is minimized.

Probably some changes in TV UI behavior. I'll check
