Allow multiple trigger actions #4

Allow multiple trigger actions to be selected at the same time, such as double click and ctrl + highlight.

I realize that this extension doesn't currently support ctrl + highlight, but Google Dictionary does and it's a sorely missed feature missing from this repo and Dictionary Anywhere.
