creating a new page issue

how to add a new page element example(feedback)i have created a new directory under pages as given in the docs of blur admin and added into the pages.module.js then created a ui router in command prompt file mapping in given as per the instruction but i cant add the required element into the existing template i had sorted out a issue in index.html/release and nothing is given inside the script there what should be given in the script or added to add the required page into it

@lugovsky Damodharan is trying to crease a new sample and trying to add that to exiting menu for learning the angular JS structure. He is facing problem in understanding the menu and how to add. He is seeking help for that.

yes mr md hariz i had added the content by creating the directory but i need to call the directory in the router place where all modules where called i cant find that router.js file i had added my file in page.modules.js also then also its not working
