Pure HTML file for PHP... #330

Sorry, but I can not really understand... Everything so complicated and messed up honestly could not even grasp the meaning. Since the programming, out of the demonstration demo, it does not make sense to exist in a compressed manner.... But by leaving this speech, how can I get the model in HTML? With its JS, CSS and everything I need... PS: Complete HTML files or dashboards with its head tags, file css, sidebar etc...
