Short description of what this resolves:

Updates package dependencies mostly to resolve typescript typings versions
Locked to ts3.4 versions
Updates package-lock.json
Fixes application typings where needed

NOTES:

For future application start, make sure to clean babel cache with:

npm start -- -c
