[Documentation] Example links to "demo source" lead to 404 #1031

  1. Navigate to some example: https://akveo.github.io/ng2-smart-table/#/examples/custom-editors-viewers
  2. Click Demo source Screenshot 2019-06-21 at 14 51 48
  3. You get a 404 page.

The links are incorrect for all examples.

Anybody know how to get the source code for examples on documentation?
