Use of /deep/ selector is deprecated, must be replaced #738

According to angular web site, the use of /deep/, >>> and ::ng-deep is deprecated and must not be used.

Note that this also causes issues when deploying applications that use ng2-smart-table. (see issue 290, https://github.com/akveo/ng2-smart-table/issues/291)

I'm afraid this library is not maintained anymore, which is a shame regarding its quality and popularity.
