404 GET /ng2-smart-table/ #79

Hi first thanks for this project. I'm trying to import this module into a project based on quickstart for Angualr 2. when i launch npm start i have this issue 404 GET /ng2-smart-table/. how can I fix it ? thanks

Can you provide example code in plunker or the code snippet that you have used. So that its easy to identify.
