Where is the toggle settings function? #47

In the demo we have the toggle settings function (the right middle gear icon) where we can configure:

I could not see that in the .NET Core IoT Bundle source code, and it also not in the source code in the https://github.com/akveo/ngx-admin project.

Where is it?
