how can I solve it any idea, note: am already applied

cache clean --f
lock file deleted
npm-cache folder delete
node_modules delete
Then I re-install it but not working.

I am going to do a fresh win10 install(VMWare) with new node latest LTS. I will let you know if i have the same problems.

Also, update your node to the latest LTS please?

And does npm start work?

Why are you using different versions than the one provided in the package.json ? Try with the #5900 package.json
