I haven't found any rule that makes it clear if one can get revenune multiple times from a city with the same train, I guess the answer is no, but it should be made explicit. Also it should be made clear if one is allowed to run through the same city multiple times even if one doesn't get revenue. With the green Oslo tile it is very inviting to run through it multiple times.
