Cannot proceed with testing Turbidity test #234

A partner reported the issue: DelAgua Turbidity Tube 5-2000 NTU Error- This test is not working and will not allow you to submit data on certain devices. When you press "Go to Test" then "Next" the test goes straight to the instructions and will not allow you to skip or continue to the next page of instructions. Will not allow you to enter the test results. This problem persists even after re-publishing the survey and updating the version on the phone. So far this error has happened on some Motorola Moto G5 Plus phones as well as a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone.

Caddisfly issue

We are checking to learn which Caddisfly app version this is.
