We are wondering if it's possible for Caddisfly to do automated colour recognition of compartments in our compartment bag (or Thio-Bag for P/A tests) to automate the recognition of samples.
If I understand the current process for CBT test result scoring, Caddisfly users "punch in" which compartments are blue/positive.
Because there's a single color to detect for which intensity does not matter, the initial calibration of color temperature and gamut is probably not so important. There would be an image processing task to recognize individual compartments in the bag to asses the color of each compartment.
